Prevents damage and rust staining of non skid painted deck surfaces during construction and refit.
The DeckPeel system operates as a skin tight coating designed to protect the profiled non skid painted deck surfaces against mechanical damage and rust staining caused by the ingress of dirt and metal raisings during the long period of construction.
Supplied as a water borne dispersion the peelable coatings will not damage or leave residue on painted surfaces and are applied by air assisted or airless spray equipment or lambs wool roller. They can remain in place for many months and simply strip away prior to the handover of the vessel saving many hours of costly rework.
Coatings are non flammable, low hazard and skid resistant. They can be used over a multitude of areas requiring temporary protection.

4930 can be removed by peeling. will turn white when wet but it will not come off unless peeled.4930 is water resistant when it is dry film. |

Avoid breathing vapors/mists that occur during spraying – wear a painter’s mask or other suitable respiratory device when applying this product. Avoid skin and eye contact. Do not allow product to freeze. Keep container closed when not in use. Store in a clean dry area with a minimum temperature of 50ºF. |

Operating Guidelines: |

1.When applying, use the same protection as used while applying paint.
2.Chemical goggles and impervious gloves should be worn when handling WindOcoat 4930. |

It is recommended that temperatures of 13 degrees C - 32 degrees C (55 degrees F- 90 degrees F) should be used within one year of purchase. should be stored in the original shipping container in indoor environment. Containers should be sealed until needed. Protection from freezing is necessary. |
