PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
TBC-10-HT is a water based tacky coating that has been formulated to remain tacky for a long period of time at temperatures up to 180°F. The viscosity of this product provides excellent surface retention, allowing for easy application to both horizontal and vertical surfaces. The clear, tacky coating formed by TBC-10-HT effectively traps airborne particulate, thus providing cleaner paint jobs. In addition to paint spray booths, TBC-10-HT can be used for flash-off zones and oven vestibules.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:
TBC-10-HT is used a received and is easily removed with water. Recommended application is with airless spray equipment, however, air atomizing spray equipment, brush or roller application may be used. A uniform film of 10 to 15 wet mls is recommended. With booth air on, the film will be damp but non-smearing in 40 to 50 minutes and dry in 60 minutes.
